Introducing Lindsay Pope

Lindsay helps people manage the challenges of trusteeship and transitioning wealth between generations.

From his Auckland base, he works with private clients, trustees and professional advisers to:

• plan the intergenerational transition of wealth for families,

• get family trusts practically working for trustees, beneficiaries and trust creators

As a long-time champion for improving estate planning and trusteeship standards, he regularly speaks, authors and mentors on purposeful estate planning and trust governance practices.

Lindsay strongly values his independence as an adviser and brings 50 years seasoned experience to the table for clients. That experience includes national management roles for trustee standards, estate management, philanthropy, and high value/complex trusts and estates with a nationwide professional trustee.

He served as President of the Estate and Taxation Planning Council of New Zealand for 10 years, Dean of Trusts, Trustees and Beneficiaries with the Purposeful Planning Institute in the USA, and as Board Chair or Trustee of many charitable trusts.

Lindsay also serves as a registered marriage celebrant.
