Lindsay facilitates purposeful trusts and legacies for private clients, trustees, beneficiaries and professional advisers.

As a committed purposeful planning practitioner, he independently consults on helping people transition family wealth between generations or into trust, in a way which positively impacts the people or causes who receive it. It’s about helping people give well, govern well and guide well through wealth transitions.

As a long-time champion for improving trusteeship standards, Lindsay speaks, authors and mentors on purposeful trust governance and legacy planning best practice.

With over 45-years’ experience in professional trusteeship and private client services, he’s well placed to guide and support families, trustees, beneficiaries and their professional advisers.  His experience includes national roles for trustee standards, estate management, philanthropy, high value and complex appointments with a nationwide trustee.

Lindsay serves as President of the Estate and Taxation Planning Council of New Zealand and Dean of the Trustscape with the Purposeful Planning Institute in the United States of America.
